carefully. Our Service is offered to you
conditioned on your acceptance without modification
of the terms and conditions contained herein.

Terms of Service at any time. You understand
that by using the Services after a change
becomes effective, you have agreed to it.

button, you are indicating your agreement
to be bound by all of the terms and conditions

policies apply to all subscription accounts.
Every customer who receives an email account
in person from Mailireland.com or any
of its agents or through online generation
is deemed to hold a subscription account.
All of the rules, operating procedures and
policies of Mailireland.com regarding
customer subscriptions will apply to all subscriptions
regardless of any special circumstances. Mailireland.com
reserves the right to reject any subscription
order that does not comply with its rules,
operating procedures and policies. Agents
may not make or accept any offer on behalf
of Mailireland.com. Mailireland.com
is not responsible for any representations
made by Agents that contradict its policies.

Mailireland.com
may provide e-mail solutions for any individual
in industry or practice. Mailireland.com
will not however host or implement services
for any of the following.
- Adult Materials
- Tobacco or Gambling
service
- Non authorized copyrighted
materials
- Songs or Music as
a primary service

Interruption: |
| |
| Mailireland.com will make every effort to
keep its email service operational. However,
certain technical difficulties may, from time
to time, result in temporary service interruptions.
The client agrees that Mailireland.com
shall not be held liable for any of the consequences
of such interruptions and the client acknowledges
that such interruptions shall not be considered
a breach of this agreement |

| Term
of the Agreement: |
| |
| The
term of this Agreement shall begin on the
date the application is approved by Mailireland.com (except when a Domain Name
is to be shown as the email host name for
which the term shall begin when authorized
transfer of MX record to Mailireland.com
is duly effected), and shall end when canceled
by either party. |

| Agreement
Modifications: |
| |
| Mailireland.com reserves the right to change,
alter or otherwise modify any of the terms
and conditions in this agreement, at any time
and in its sole discretion, by posting an
updated agreement on its Web site. The client
is responsible for reviewing this document
from time to time in order to be apprised
of any changes that have been made. |

| Termination
of Agreement: |
| |
| Either
Mailireland.com or the client, at their
sole discretion, may choose to cancel this
agreement at any time by giving a 30 days
written notice of cancellation to the other
party. If the client is found to be in violation
of any of the terms or conditions herein,
Mailireland.com may cancel this agreement
without notice. |

| Warranty
Disclaimer: |

| Mailireland.com makes no warranties with regard
to this service, either expressed or implied,
arising by law or otherwise, including without
limitation an implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement
or any implied warranty arising out of course
of performance, or usage of trade. |

| Limitation
of Liability: |
| |
| Mailireland.com shall have no liability for
any indirect, incidental, special or consequential
damages or any loss of revenue or profits
arising under or with respect to this agreement,
even if Mailireland.com has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
In addition, the client shall hold
Mailireland.com, its officers,
directors, employees, agents, successors and
assigns, harmless from and against any third
party claims arising. |

| Storage:
|
| |
| The
amount of email storage space per member is
strictly limited. Some email messages may
not be processed due to space constraints.
You agree that Mailireland.com, once
exceeding your storage quota, is not responsible
for the deletion or failure to store messages
or other information. |

| Spam:
|
| |
Spam
refers to unsolicited commercial or personal
email. It pollutes the Internet with many
copies of the same message, forcing it on
people who have not requested the information
it contains. Spam ties up the Internet's
valuable resources by forcing the resources
to process very large volumes of non-requested
mail.
Using Mailireland.com
mail service for the purposes of spamming
is expressly forbidden:
- Spamming will not be
tolerated.
- Any account used for
spamming will be terminated immediately.
- We will notify the
ISP or access provider of any spamming
activity by an individual, and prompt
them for action against that person.
- Using the service in
any way for spamming purposes, whether
directly or indirectly, will expose an
individual to legal action.
- Forging email headers
is illegal and will result in legal action.
Mailireland.com
will immediately terminate any account that
it believes, in its sole discretion, is
transmitting or is otherwise connected with
any Spam or other unsolicited bulk email. |

| Member
Conduct: |
| |

You are solely responsible
for the contents of your transmissions through
the Service. Your use of the Service is
subject to all applicable local, state,
national and international laws and regulations.
Therefore, you agree:
- to comply with all
applicable laws regarding the transmission
of technical data exported through the
Service.
- that you shall not
use the Service for illegal purposes.
- that you shall not
interfere or disrupt networks connected
to the Service.
- that you shall comply
with all regulations, policies and procedures
of networks connected to the Service.
The Service makes use
of the Internet to send and receive certain
messages; therefore, your conduct is subject
to Internet regulations, policies and procedures.
The following are considered to be unacceptable
practices if carried out by any subscriber:
- Providing false data
on the registration forms and surveys,
including the fraudulent use of credit
cards.
- Harvesting or otherwise
collecting information about others, including
email addresses, without their consent.
- Creating a false identity
or forging an email address or header,
or otherwise attempting to mislead others
as to the identity of the sender or the
origin of the message.
- Transmitting through
the service unlawful, harassing, abusive,
threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene
or otherwise objectionable material of
any kind or nature.
- Transmitting any material
that may infringe the intellectual property
rights or other rights of third parties,
including trademark, copyright or right
of publicity.
- Transmitting any material
that contains viruses, Trojan horses,
worms, time bombs or any other harmful
or deleterious programs.
- Interfering with or
disrupting networks connected to the service
or violating the regulations, policies
or procedures of such networks.
- Attempting to gain
unauthorized access to the service, other
accounts, computer systems or networks
connected to the service, through password
mining or any other means.
- Interfering with another
member's use and enjoyment of the service
or another entity's use and enjoyment
of similar services.

retains the right, at its sole discretion,
to determine whether or not a Member's conduct
is consistent with the letter and spirit of
the Terms and Conditions of this service.
Mailireland.com may terminate Service if a
Member's conduct is found to be inconsistent
with the intent of this agreement.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions
you certify that all information you supply
to this service is true and correct to the
best of your knowledge. |
